This is very rare sort of spiders on the world. It's also very rare in pet stores because it's very expensive. That's why we don's see a lot of them at collectors.
We find this specie in Venezuela and it's underground specie.
We put at least 10cm of peat in terrarium and a piece of bark for it's hiding-place. It grows about 19cm leg span. Females are grown up at the age of 2 and a half years, male sat the age 3 years.
The temperature should be between 23-25°C and the humidity between 75-80%.
We feed them with crickets, grasshoppers, cockroaches, sometimes also with a mouse. |
