This is a terrestial specie, which likes to dig. It's appropriate to have more peat and a piece of trunk or a coconut for it's hiding-place.
We feed them with crickets, grasshoppers, when it's grown up we can also give them cockroaches or mice.
It can grow up over 15 cm and it's a big sort of spiders.
It doesn't grow very fast and it's agressive, so it's not appropriate for beginners. It's also not appropriate to hold them in our hands.
The humidity should be around 60-70% and the temperature around 25-27°C. |
