I booked with Hermosa for the gorilla trek in the volcanoes national park and I had an amazing experience ; communication was smooth, timings were clear and respected, the tram was very professional and accommodating - I would highly recommend booking with them again

This was a very good tour with an accredited tour company (not all of them are). It was hugely easy to arrange over email. We were kept totally informed and could get in touch with them whenever we wanted. We really liked our guide and he was available to help us with anything. There is nothing I would change about this experience.

What an absolutely amazing experience! Our group of 12 did a 3-day safari and stayed in the park at the Mantis Lodge. Every aspect of the experience was incredible. We saw the "Big 5" and then some. What made the trip truly exceptional was our safari guide, Pacofic!!! He knew EVERYTHING about the park and the animals. We learned so, so much. He explained so many details and always made us feel safe and secure. He was also a lot of fun! The park and the lodge were great, but it was Pacofic and the animals that we will be talking about for years to come!
